The Bed & Breakfast Al Laghetto is a charming villa surrounded by a 5,500 sqm garden on a quiet hill of olive trees in Fiano Romano, on the outskirts of Rome. The villa, situated in a dominant position, is furnished with simple elegance and allows you to spend peaceful and relaxing moments. From the large wooden porch you can enjoy an amphitheater view that extends from Monterotondo to Terminillo.
The villa offers ample space for guests, vacationers and businessmen: you can stay in large and welcoming rooms, relax in a warm lounge with a fireplace where you can have breakfast or simply spend an evening watching TV, or alternatively enjoy evenings under the porch. An ideal place for those who want to rediscover tranquility, to spend moments of relaxation, meditation and to search for the flavors of the past.

We started our B&B business in 1999 using the house we had built for ourselves in 1991. In 2001, we decided to construct a house with all the necessary features to run the B&B business and provide the best services to our customers. Franca, who has professional qualifications as a hotel housekeeper and has worked in hotels before, is the driving force behind the business. The B&B "Al Laghetto" is a hospitality-focused establishment that also maintains a sense of familiarity and benefits from Franca's experience to ensure that nothing is left to chance.
The main feature of the house is its proximity to Rome, but not the only one. It is located near the Villa dei Volusi in the archaeological area of Lucus Feroniae. In addition to Rome, there are many day trips that can be taken: the Abbey of Farfa, the town of Calcata, the hills of Sabina, etc. For those who also need to work, we are only 500 meters from the "industrial area of Fiano Romano" where fortunately there are no polluting industries, but mainly buildings used for the storage of goods to be delivered to Rome and Southern Italy. A few hundred meters from the Rome North Fiano Romano highway exit, ideal for a stopover for a visit to Rome during a trip from North to South.
